Discovery & Brief
Every great project begins with deep listening. We immerse ourselves in your brand, your operations and your commercial objectives before a single line is drawn. This stage establishes the project framework — brief, programme, budget and success criteria — that governs every decision that follows.
Concept Design
With the brief defined, our design team develops concepts, space strategies and design narratives tailored to your brand and your people. For corporate offices, we design for productivity, collaboration and identity. For retail, we design for conversion, dwell time and brand expression. Presented as mood boards, sketches and initial space plans.
Design Development
The approved concept is developed into a fully resolved design — working drawings, detailed specifications, 3D visualisations, material schedules and a complete Bill of Quantities. Every detail is resolved on paper before it reaches the site, eliminating the variation orders and programme delays that plague poorly-designed projects.
Manufacturing & Procurement
With design approved, our manufacturing operation in India begins production of all bespoke joinery and furniture elements. Simultaneously, our procurement team sources all specified materials and products, verified for quality and lead time. Nothing reaches the site unless we have confidence in both.
Site Execution
Our site teams and factory work in complete synchronisation — fit-out, MEP, joinery installation and finishing proceeding to a single, unified programme. Daily site reports, weekly client briefings and a transparent project management system give our clients real-time visibility into progress.
Handover
A complete, systematic snagging process ensures every element meets specification before keys are handed over. We do not consider a project complete until our client does. Post-handover support is available for all projects, and our relationship with our clients does not end at the door.
